Kenya's first 4th of July. She LOVED the fireworks.

FISHING:

Trip 1. All of the Betz family was in town recently and we were able to spend some time with them. One day we went fishing at a stocked fish pond. Amy (Bill's wife) caught the biggest trout I have ever seen. This fish must have ruled the pond for quite a while and eaten a lot of trash. Well, we were all planning on releasing the fish but this guy swallowed the hook quite deep and was bleeding bad and was going to die. So we decided that we were going to keep this one. With all the blood, guts, and death Amy was pretty traumatized for her first fishing trip.

Trip 2. We went up to Oakley for the 4th of July Rodeo. Bean brought his rod to try again on the Weber. Lots of bites but only caught this 6 inch trout.
Landon came too. Here he is tying on a fly. It was pretty funny to watch him fly fish with a regular pole.
Kenya loves fishing but loves even more riding on her mom's back. Notice the loop of hair that she managed to pull out.
